Job Description:

The successful candidate will lead Delivery which is as part of efforts that drive business development, deliver successful solutions on MS ERP solutions to clients, cultivate effective operations, and will mentor and grow a strong team. The successful candidate will:

1. Work collaboratively with existing team leads of the established Dynamics practice
2. Lead business development/sales efforts, craft and develop solution approaches and requisite proposals and successfully engage with clients
3. Network and develop relationships with new clients and partners
4. Lead the delivery and management of client projects, contributing to solutions as needed to establish strong trust- based relationships and drive collective client and team success
5. Mentor and serve as a role model to junior colleagues by providing career development goals, meeting regularly, writing and deliver semi-annual reviews, advocating for their career advancement, and serving as an example of career roles and levels they can aspire to
6. Recruit top talent at the experienced level and from outstanding colleges
7. Manage the team of Dynamics solutions consultants
8. Responsible for Customer Satisfaction Index, Associate Survey, Status reporting for Account/Line of Business,
9. Goal tracking for Quality, Productivity, Deployment, Rookie Ratio in Project teams and Revenue Growth Percentage
10. Develop relationship with customers to intensify strategic cooperation.
11. Goals for direct reports and guide them in individual performance management.
12. Responsible for managing multi-location team working in 24×7 mode

Qualifications

1. Previous experience leading and growing a Dynamics ERP Practice or another ERP/Business Systems practice
2. 15-18 years of experience including project/program management experience, ranging from consultant to delivery manager roles
3. Experience in end to end delivery Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementation and rollout project is a must.
4. Dynamics ERP and D365F&O implementation experience
5. Dynamics ERP and D365 F&O Certifications are a huge plus
6. Advanced understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem
7. Expert knowledge of waterfall and agile ERP implementation methodologies
8. Extensive client account and project management experience with demonstrated ability to plan and manage the execution of consulting and implementation projects, PMP is a plus.
9. Recognized as valued trusted advisor in relationships with clients, colleagues, vendors, and other industry professionals
10. Passionate and successful in mentoring others and developing their careers
11. Demonstrated ability to:
