  1. Requirement: SAP S/4 HANA Sales Principal Consultant

Location: Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Coimbatore

JD: 

Technical /Professional Experience:

  •     Should have a degree MBA/ BE/ B.Tech from a reputed university with certification in S/4HANA Sales, APICS.
  •     Should have Minimum of 3+ years domain experience and a minimum of 12+ years in SAP SD in implementation, rollout, support, development, migration, process revamping
  •     Should have played as an expert role in the sales module in at least 2 global end to end full life cycle SAP implementations for multi-entity project –
  •     Should have executed at least one S/4HANA Conversion project.
  •     Should have experience in template design and build in collaboration with different global units across regions.
  •     Should have hands on experience in Solution Manager to incorporate the template.
  •     Should have ability to understand and extrapolate analytical needs at various levels of organization.
  •     Should have hands on experience in implementing at least 2 S/4HANA end to end implementations in sales with good understanding of integration to TM, PPDS, EWM, C4C, PP, MM, FI.
  •     Should have good understanding of Embedded Analytics in S/4HANA, International trade or GTS, BRIM etc.
  •     Should have hands on experience in modelling and delivering solutions in the area of digital supply chain related to sales
  •     Should have sound knowledge of new features, process and SAP best practices in S/4HANA and able to articulate the impact in business of the new concepts like settlement Management, aATP etc.,
  •     Should have done delivery audits with a view to assess quality of solution and highlight possible improvements, relevant to the O2C Value chain.
  •     Should have good understanding on multi country taxation requirements
  •     Should have exposure to multiple middleware integration to sales module with tools like SAP XI / PO, Data Hub, API’s, web services.
  •     Should have executed proof-of-concept initiatives for new ideas and concepts especially in the new dimensional areas like AI/ML
  •     Should have worked on customer RFP requirements and architect and present solutions / technical inputs and estimate the effort that satisfy those requirements
  •     Should have handled multiple project as Subject Matter Expert. Provide best possible solution options with pros and cons for each solution and recommend a best-fit solution that demonstrate business values in varied business domains
  •     Should have actively participated in Industry forum and writing blogs
  •     Should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
  •     Preferable to have exposure in C4C, TM
  •     Preferably have hands on experience in at least one logistics module like PP, MM , EWM etc. other than sales

Responsibilities: Principal Consultant role is responsible for

Participating in RFP preparation and discussions, estimation, timelines and solution demo to customer and support Bid Managers

Independently handle large implementation projects as Solution Architect, design Solution, provide blueprint on process and lead team in all phases of project to deliver quality deliverable and drive customer excellence in alignment with SAP Activate methodology

Providing business process and solution consulting in sales module for varied industry domains

Quality reviews from a content perspective

Training and Knowledge sharing in new topic and technology trends

Driving POCs, Customer Demos, Tech Talks

Enhance the features and capabilities of internal lab system in terms of new functionalities, processes and integration to new dimensional modules

Responsible for S/4HANA Sales and Distribution to analyze new technology trends in the industry and suggest and build competencies, Mentoring, guiding, supporting and directing associates to deliver solutions especially in areas relating to S/4HANA Sales, GTS, CS, and integration of sales module to C4C,EWM, TM, PPDS etc.

Improving solution delivery by building assets

To provide and drive Innovation, product development to improve and strengthen the business process by incorporating concepts of new-age technologies like AI/ML

Defining the scope of a project / opportunities, troubleshooting issues,

The Principal Consultant will be expected to multitask, work on multiple projects running parallel to each other. In short, ability to cope, flexibility and adaptability are key to this role.
