Job Description
We have Multiple openings in the Java Technical Support role :
- 4 Technical Support
- 1 Support Team Lead
Technical Support Responsibilities:
- Identifying the root cause issue of the product and support with the solutions.
- Troubleshooting technical issues.
- Help with Installing and configuring hardware and software.
- Speaking to users to quickly get to the root of their problem.
- Providing timely and accurate user feedback.
- Talking users through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
- Following up with users to ensure the problem is resolved.
- Replacing or repairing the necessary parts.
- Supporting the roll-out of new applications or modules.
- Providing support in the form of procedural documentation.
- Managing multiple cases at one time.
Technical Support Requirements:
- Graduate.
- Basic knowledge of Java and MySQL is mandatory and must
- Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in PC Operating systems as well as Mobile OS.
- Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
