Job Description

We have Multiple openings in the Java Technical Support role :

  1. 4 Technical Support
  2. 1 Support Team Lead

Technical Support Responsibilities:

  • Identifying the root cause issue of the product and support with the solutions.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Help with Installing and configuring hardware and software.
  • Speaking to users to quickly get to the root of their problem.
  • Providing timely and accurate user feedback.
  • Talking users through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
  • Following up with users to ensure the problem is resolved.
  • Replacing or repairing the necessary parts.
  • Supporting the roll-out of new applications or modules.
  • Providing support in the form of procedural documentation.
  • Managing multiple cases at one time.

Technical Support Requirements:

  • Graduate.
  • Basic knowledge of Java and MySQL is mandatory and must
  • Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in PC Operating systems as well as Mobile OS.
  • Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
  • Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication.
