Job Description

 8-12+ years of IT experience with 3-4 years of Project Management

 Knowledge and lead team in Java Application development (e.g. Spring, Hibernate, Microservices, NodeJS, Angular/ReactJS etc.)

 Experience in ODC management

 Timesheet Management, Billing and invoicing, Resource recruitment

 Good in customer engagement and communication skills

 Good understanding in SW project lifecycle Management tools

 Ability to handle SW planning and SW delivery activities.

 Experience in Agile Project Management practices

 Good understanding of various project effort/cost estimation techniques.

 Good risk management & Stakeholder management skills

 Work for multiple initiatives including Project deliveries as well as strategic department initiatives.

 Collaborate with multiple stakeholders like management, per technical team, developers and testers to proactively arrive at an optimum solution to the problem on hand.

 Good knowledge of Testing methodologies

 Excellent communication skills and great team player capable of understanding organizational priorities

 Hands on experience in development projects

 Qualification

 BE/ B.Tech / MCA
