Role : International voice customer support (Video calling)

We have huge opportunity for BPO Voice (International) support roles with Accenture.

Number of Position – 50 pos. in each location

Location – Bangalore and Mumbai

Work from Office from Day 1

Job Responsibility:

1. It is the process of taking phone calls, responding to them, and resolving their issues.

2. Maintain, validate and update process documentation as applicable to ensure compliance with documentation requirements

3. They can be part of an organization’s sales department or a call center. The job requires great listening skills as well as speaking skills.

We can also consider fresher graduates and 12+Diploma candidates too.

Communication should be excellent (Versant tool test should be qualified)
