I have 14 years of experience with proficiency in QA process and team management,software testing concepts, End-to-End, client interaction, team management, capable of handling multiple projects independently, execution of QA process on given release time for giving QA sign-off.
As a certified Professional Scrum Master I manage my work on Agile methodology with handling project deliverable, requirement analysis, requirement gathering, project burndown charts,  resources task completion, entry and exit criteria  and also end to end testing and performing all kinds of testing techniques and methodologies.
I have independently handled multiple projects QA releases and given QA sign-off for multiple projects working parallel as (Insurance,E-commerce, Loyalty,E-learning, Logistics), also applied best practices to enhance the QA  process.
